STANFORD, Calif. Playing a pair of games at the Stanford Invitational on Saturday, Stanford (9-2) scored six first-inning runs to capture of pair of victories over Hofstra (1-3) and Drake (4-4). The Cardinal secured a 1-0 victory over Hofstra in game one of the day before defeating Drake by a count of 8-4. Freshman Kaitlyn Lim provided all the offense Stanford would need in the opener on.
